As a part of the Maritime Youth Group you will have the opportunity to take part in many different activities, here are some of the things we do:

Seamanship, Canoeing, Raftbuilding, Pioneering, Bushcraft, Snorkelling,

Shooting, Expedition Training, Marine Engineering, Communications,

Cookery, Stewarding, Piping, Patrolling, Camouflage & Concealment, Physical Training Awareness, Climbing .....and much much more.

At the Maritime Youth Group we run a three tier system of Basic, intermediate and Advanced Qualifications, these are designed to be challenging, fun and rewarding.

If you want to get involved but are unsure if you can bring something we will train you and we also accept Instructor’s relevant qualifications and skills gained from other organisations including the civil sector we want toi help everyone to obtain the necessary skills needed to teach.
